Return and Refund Policy
Refundable Items
Time Limit:
- Returns are accepted within 10-12 business days from the date of delivery.
Defect or Damage:
- If the product is damaged or defective, we will accept the return.
- Please email photos of the product showing the defect or damage to info@khorsia.co.uk before processing the return.
- In such cases, we will refund the full amount.
Sizing Issues:
- Buyer-side issue: If the incorrect size is ordered by the buyer, 30% of the payment will be deducted from the refund.
- Seller-side error: If we deliver the wrong size, the full amount will be refunded, and the product must be returned.
Product Condition:
- The product must be returned in its original condition and with similar packaging.
Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom Products:
- Products with customizations such as size, color, logos, or badges are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Any changes from the original product design requested by the customer will render the product ineligible for return.
Boots and Gloves:
- Returns or refunds are not accepted for boots and gloves.
- However, if there is a defect or damage, we will refund 100% of the amount upon return.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the same account used for payment (PayPal, Credit Card, or Debit Card).
- Processing time is 6-8 business days after receiving the returned product.
- Although we offer free shipping worldwide, the original shipping charges we incur will be deducted from the refund amount.

- Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours to assist with the return process.
